Who we are
The Next Chapter Pathway is an organisation built to prepare students for life after school. We deliver workshops in schools that give students what they need to navigate the next chapter of their lives — practical skills, real direction, and the confidence to face challenges.

The gap we exist to close
The transition itself isn’t taught anywhere.
Schools cover choosing a pathway, and they cover it well. What no careers program covers is the transition itself — what actually changes when school ends, and what it asks of the person going through it. That’s the gap. It’s the only thing we work on.
We don’t tell students which pathway to take — that’s your careers team’s work, and we don’t repeat it. What we do is make the planning your school has already done worth more. A plan only becomes something if the student carrying it knows what’s coming and keeps going once it gets hard.
What we offer
Interactive workshops in schools.
Built around what students need for the transition out of school. A standalone session, delivered in your school.
Each workshop is a single session, delivered to up to 50 students per session rather than whole-year assemblies. Students take part rather than sit and listen — every session is built around discussion, activities and questions put back to the room. We work alongside your careers and wellbeing team, not around them.

- Facilitators students relate to — because they've just been through it
Who delivers it
Our facilitators are Australians who’ve recently been through the same transition your students are about to face. They’re trained and prepared, and students engage with them openly.
Built from what recent school leavers told us, and from conversations with careers and wellbeing staff. It’s a team genuinely invested in making an impact, because they know what it’s like to walk out of school without a clue what’s coming.
Let's talk about your students.
We quote per school based on cohort size and how many sessions you book. Get in touch and we'll give you a figure — there's no obligation.
